ACAP Membership Association and ACAP Foundation Announce Merger

ACAP MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AND ACAP FOUNDATION TO MERGE INTO ONE ORGANIZATION, STRENGTHENING OPERATIONS AND EXPANDING GOALS

The two related organizations will consolidate under the ACAP Foundation, with the ACAP Membership Association continuing operations as a Program of ACAP Foundation

Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., November 18, 2022 – The Association of Croatian American Professionals Foundation (ACAPF) announced that it will expand to include the operations of the ACAP Membership Association.

“With the enormous success of ACAP Foundation since its inception as the leading Croatian philanthropic organization in the United States, it became clear that we could expand the educational operations of the ACAP Membership Association by consolidating efforts,” stated Steven Pavletic, president of ACAP.

The merger will be completed by the end of 2022. New bylaws will be written to include the membership and chapter operations under the ACAP Foundation.

Our goal is to unite under our cohesive mission to support charitable, scientific, literary, and educational programs and activities. We will continue to focus on supporting organizations and programs that encourage and activate business-focused, civic, cultural, medical, and tourism experiences between Croatia and ACAP members, partner organizations, and communities.

“As a united organization, we will be able to explore more grant and program opportunities like the Domovina Birthright Program and scholarships for students interested in studying in Croatia,” said Boris Vilic, chairperson of ACAP Foundation.

Nominations for the Board of Directors of ACAP Foundation are now open through January 1, 2023. For more information, visit croampro.com/nominations.
