The latest donation of medical equipment was provided to earthquake-damaged hospitals in Zagreb

As we celebrated Thanksgiving Day, ACAP Zagreb delivered the latest donation of medical equipment to earthquake-damaged hospitals in Zagreb, namely to departments of Pediatric Intensive Care (NICU) and Pediatric Hematology at the University Hospital Zagreb. These state-of-the-art portable GE VScan Ultrasound Extend devices are the first such devices delivered for pediatric use in Croatia.

This latest round of relief is in addition to an already donated hybrid neonatal incubator and a neonatal resuscitation system, as well as a cash donation of $125,000 to help hospitals fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

More than 450 ACAP members and their friends donated $193,000 toward the goal of $200,000. If you would like to join our efforts, please visit this link. Donations to the ACAP Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
