ACAP Board of Directors

Per Article 5, section 5.2 of the Bylaws of the Association of Croatian American Professionals, ACAP is governed by a global Board of Directors that lead the Croatian-American community with influence and integrity. Each director represents various industries and contributes to the management of operations within the organization. The authorized number of directors of the Corporation (“Directors”) shall be not less than fifteen (15) or more than twenty (20); the exact authorized number is fixed, within these limits, by a resolution of the Board.

The term of service for a Director is two years. During this period each director serves on at least three (3) ACAP committees and is exceptionally active in his or her respective chapter.
