I am a brand new member of ACAP and am starting off with the recently added Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter.  I am originally from the Cleveland, Ohio, area and moved to Texas in 2012.  My grandfather and great uncle were important members within the community and were also very active within the St. Paul Croatian Church community, so I was very in touch with the community while growing up in Cleveland. I’m very grateful and excited to be able to continue to be within the Croatian community, especially in Texas.

I am also a member of the Dallas Society of Women Engineers, where I am currently serving as the Vice President of Membership for the fiscal year 19 term (June 2018 – July 2019).  I have been a member of SWE since October of 2012, shortly after moving to Dallas, so that I could work to build a support system after moving to a new city.  I have really enjoyed all of the events that the section provides, both social and professional.  I am looking forward to bringing my experience as an Executive Board Member with Dallas SWE with me to the new DFW ACAP Chapter.
