Investigates and litigates insurance fraud, especially claims involving healthcare, property damage, and employment-related matters; Instructs healthcare, automobile, and property insurers on proper claims handling practices and investigation techniques and develop fraud prevention, detection, and recovery plans; Prosecutes actions to recover claim payments made by insurers to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, and others as a result of complex fraud and kickback schemes; Defends insurers in actions challenging claim payments and alleging improper claims handling practices.

Represents clients is various other complex matters including corporate dissolution and contractual disputes.
