With a background in editing and communication experience in corporate law firms, combined with heading a non-profit and most recently, as Vice President of People & Culture and General Manager of top legal tech companies, has given Diane a combined business expertise with a unique edge to work in a variety of industries. Her unique talents have been emphasized when she took a leap of faith after 12 years of working in NYC to own her own creative business, Dee Kay Events, a boutique luxury wedding and events planning and design firm. Her passion and creativity stems from caring deeply about her work and making the people around her feel good about the best day of their lives. Her work has been featured in top publications such as Style Me Pretty, Carats & Cake, The Knot, Bridal Guide, HuffPost Weddings, 100 Layer Cake, Love Inc., Wedding Chicks, Ruffled and Food Network. A need to always make things right in the world and with the help of her board members, Diane designs, executes and produces stellar networking events around the globe with her non-profit organization for young Croatian-Americans.
