Invitation for the Croatian citizens to register for voting at the parliamentary elections

Croatian citizens, residents of the United States of America and of the Republic of Croatia, are invited to register for voting at the parliamentary elections in Croatia, for Hrvatski sabor, which will be held also in the United States of America at the polling stations established in the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Washington D.C. and the Consulate Generals in the New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles, Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th, on both days from 7 AM to 7 PM. 

In  order to be able to vote, the Croatian citizens need to fill and sign adequate registration forms, different for those with the permanent residency in the United States in America and those with the permanent residency in the Republic of Croatia, available, with the instructions, at the Website of the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to the United States of America, as well as on its Facebook page.

The Croatian citizens intending to vote need to deliver their personally signed registration forms, together with copies of valid Croatian identifications documents (Croatian ID or passport; or U.S. passport and Croatian Domovnica) – in-person, by conventional mail or scanned by e-mail –  to the Croatian diplomatic or consular office which covers their area of residency or where they intend to vote, by Wednesday, June 24th.

All citizens can check their status with the voters register at the Website of of Ministry of Administration,  at the offices of the state administration in Croatia, at the Croatian diplomatic and consular representations,  or at the network e-Građani, and request eventual corrections of their status.

All the diplomatic and consular representations of the Republic of Croatia in the United States of America are at a full disposal of the Croatian citizens wishing to get some additional clarifications or support in the matter of making their registration for voting at the parliamentary elections in July.
